Nordic EtOH Caraway Aquavit: A saporous, complex, and yet elegant Aquavit with a delicate aroma and extremely clean caraway flavour. Aromatic warm spices provide a tasteful, lingering, and rich nuance which is balanced with fresh notes of orange zest and lavender. A classic Nordic Aquavit with a minor modern twist.
Dill Organic Aquavit 40% 70cl
Nordic EtOH Dill Aquavit: A herbal and crisp Aquavit dominated by dill with green notes from dill tips and dill seeds that provides a camphorous and cool undertone boosted by fresh cucumber. Various handpicked Danish seaweeds gives a unique hint of a light and grassy umami that acts as a flavour enhancer and combines both the subtle and deep flavour components this Aquavit has to offer.
Organic Amaro 35% 70cl
The Amaro is based on handpicked organic flowers from local Danish farmers instead or roots which amaro traditions calls for. Infused in organic high abv ethanol for various periods of time then carefully put together. Taking the Italian approach instead of the traditionally heavy Scandinavian bitters have left us with a remarkable result. Through our profession as chefs and a common background in the Danish Michelin-kitchens we have developed a meticulous mind, hence taking great pride in diligent craftmanship, and paying attention to every little detail.

Distilled first time over open fire creating Maillard-reaction which develops a potent, raw and slightly smokey character in the pirit. Second distillation in bain marie provides a mild and clean taste profile which complements the potent taste profiles from the first distillation.
